This very specific locally targeted keyword would allow me to dominate Cork for anyone searching for internet marketing tips in the Cork area. Most likely it would be a business looking for help in this area and they'd want someone local to assist them. It would be really easy for me to get local businesses for the term "Cork internet marketing tips."
Also when you are setting up your campaign you can keep the budget small, especially as this is only new in Ireland. You can also target your campaign to just Cork or any county in Ireland. Just go into select location and you can target exactly where you live. This means that anyone who looks you up your keyword will find you in their local area.
